I was skeptical about urgent care facilities in general based on a bad experience I had a few years ago but needed the services and this facility was on my insurance network and close to home. Michelle went above and beyond. The whole experience was better than I expected from check in to check out with the entire team, but I was incredibly impressed by her more than anything. Late that evening after the office closed, she called to follow up with me; asking me about my primary concern and how I was doing, talking with me about her thoughts on my situation, offering advice, and even remembering details about my day like the fact I had a meeting earlier in the afternoon. The entire team was OUTSTANDING! The nurse the nurse practitioner and the tech that did the X-rays. Such care and compassion from the first step inside the door. TOP NOTCH beautiful, clean facility. Cannot recommend this urgent care center enough.

Highly recommended to anyone who needs prompt, professional and compassionate care. The staff and provider are incredibly efficient, kind and attentive. The facility is clean and well organised. Setting the appointment online was easily done, preregistration is so convenient, at arrival the reception staff were friendly/attentive/helpful, the PA was great as well provided excellent diagnostic information, the prescriptions were spot on and sent electronically, and my condition began to improve in 24 hours! Overall Excellent

Went in with flu symptoms over the weekend. The check in process was so easy. I got taken back after a few minutes of waiting and didn’t have to wait to see a NP. Everyone was very nice. This was a great experience
