Excellent Hospital. Went in for a stress test and Echo. Staff is pleasant and very efficient. Loved Dr. Hanoor Mann and the RN who prepared me for the studies. Her name was Phebe LoAnan. She was very patient and kind and calmed me without even trying. She and The Dr. we’re both amazing. The Tech who assisted was also very nice I believe her name was Intisar. I would recommend this place as all very coopertive. Great experience.

I’m pretty sure that I’ve already reviewed but simply said I had a very good experience with the PA who cared for me. Unfortunately I do nor recall her name. She was caring and gentle as I was very nervous about having fractured my rib. Kudos.

This was a friendly visit with all staff. Efficient and NP was pleasant and great bedside manner. She took time to discuss my prescriptions and their effect on my symptoms.

I took my son to this location twice this month, and after accidentally throwing away the prescription, I called three different times asking for help. No one returned my call, and when I finally reached someone, they refused to call in a replacement prescription for his flu medication. The receptionist was extremely rude, and I truly hope the call was recorded because the way I was spoken to was unacceptable. Please save yourself the time, money, and stress. In this economy, no one should have to pay for another urgent care visit just for a simple prescription issue. This place is more focused on billing than actually helping patients. I do not recommend this company at all.

I reserved my spot online for 2:02pm even though when I called it said there was a 1 minute wait. I also did my registration forms online. (Today is a Saturday) I arrived around 1:55pm to check in. The lobby area was clean, had tissues and hand sanitizer available everywhere and also had a coffee/tea machine. There was one woman already waiting in the lobby when I arrived. The medical assistant took me into a room at 2:12pm and took my vital signs and triaged me for the reason why I was there. The nurse practitioner came in at 2:24pm and discussed the problem. After she assessed me, we came up with an appropriate treatment plan alms she sent my prescription electronically to the pharmacy. There was no need to draw labs for my visit.
