I came to this location after waiting over 45 minutes at another urgent care down the street. What a difference! I walked in, signed in, and barely had time to sit down before the doctor came out to see me. She quickly and professionally cleaned my wound, and before I even left the parking lot, I got a message that my prescription was already being filled at the pharmacy. The staff was incredibly friendly and warm, and the doctor had amazing bedside manner—she made me feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this urgent care location for anyone looking for prompt, compassionate service

This place is great for a non emergency trip! My son was sick and we could not get in with his PCP. This urgent center offers the most comprehensive treatment and convenient assistance. My favorite part was how you get to reserve your spot before arriving. The visit was not very long and not so much paperwork needed to be done!

Extremely Disappointed – Lack of Transparency and Accountability I received my care for less than 10 minutes in the urgent care at Missouri city, Texass but waited for more than an hour. This is not about the care that I received but about the process of billing and front desk operation. I was never informed that my insurance was out-of-network at the time of service. Six months later, I received a surprise bill with no explanation of whether it had been submitted to my insurance. When I asked, they said they'd resubmit it—then a month later, I got a revised bill for $300. At the time of service, no Good Faith Estimate was provided, which violates the No Surprises Act. When I raised this with the billing department, I was told I had to pay because I signed an agreement—regardless of thei

Every time I make an appointment they always say I have a copay when I don’t. The doctors office always reimburse me a couple of days later .this is really an inconvenience when they only reimburse me the copay amount but not the fee that I am charged when I pay.This has happened to me multiple times and I have accumulated or 10 dollars in fees that I have not been reimbursed back due to no fault of mine. I will know longer use solve since they still can not fix there own problems with the insurance

Poor Communication and Surprise Billing – Lack of Transparency I visited GoHealth Memorial Hermann Urgent Care today for flu-like symptoms, expecting a straightforward urgent care visit as I've had in the past. Typically, I am only responsible for my standard copay, which is $50, and that has always been clearly explained to me up front. This time, there was no explanation at check-in or before seeing the provider about any changes to my coverage, potential out-of-network charges, or that I could be billed for the entire visit. After a brief, routine visit, I went home only to find out I was surprised with a $250 bill — five times my normal copay — without any transparency or breakdown of the charges.
