Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care

I have used MH Urgent Care on 1488 several times and have had a positive experience every time. Most recently I walked in 10 minutes before they closed. The receptionist & doctor were both kind and positive (even though seeing me meant they were working late) and effectively diagnosed my issue. I appreciate their professionalism and helping me when I needed it!

I had such a great experience at Memorial Hermann GoHealth Urgent Care. Booking an appointment was super fast and easy. The check-in lady was so nice and got everything started quickly. Nurse Practitioner Talin Cusato was amazing—she asked lots of questions and came up with a clear care plan that would help me start feeling better quickly. I’ve been here a few times now, and every visit has been consistent with top-notch service. I truly appreciate the kindness, efficiency, and quality care I receive each time.

New to Area. Recent moved out of State. So no PCP yet. My husband had an upper respiratory infection. The nurses and Dr were fantastic. They were patient and we didn't have a long wait. Did everything online. Nurse gave my husband a shot. He said he didn't even feel it. Excellent staff. Definitely recommend.

Fast service and exceptional staff. We came in for an ear infection and we're quickly diagnosed and out the door within 45 minutes. Lifesavers for my toddler!

I would give zero star if i could !Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care was a nightmare! 😡 The person who greeted us was incredibly rude and disrespectful. They sent us away without addressing our issue or offering any help. The staff’s indifferent and uncaring attitude was really frustrating. I would not recommend this place at all; you’ll just waste your time and money!
