Memorial Health University Physicians Primary Care - Rincon

Absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm and inviting. The reception team at the front desk was extremely personable, kind, and efficient. They walked me through everything with patience and a smile. Dr. Brinkley and her team were also outstanding! All were so kind, helpful, and all around amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Brinkley and Memorial Health if you are looking for a PCP home!

My husband has had an appointment scheduled for several months in the Rincon office. He showed up to his appointment today to find the office is not only closed today, but also the office canceled his appointment sometime back in September without notifying my husband; AND the provider he was supposed to see is now on maternity leave. Absolutely no communication from the office about any of this. He took off from his very busy schedule at work for this. A simple phone call or email would have been greatly appreciated. Very unprofessional business practice. Will definitely not attempt to reschedule.

Dr.Brinkley.and her staff are AMAZING! They make you feel valued as a patient and Dr. Brinkley makes you feel so comfortable and she is so easy to talk to about anything. She.listens and takes care of what you need and that is hard to find in a PCP today. Best decision I ever made to change from SouthCoast to Dr. Brinkley!

Well, one of the reasons I don’t care for going to doctors is the staff usually has a way of making you feel like you’re bothering them or they don’t have time for you! Not Dr. Chumleys staff! So , nice and polite and your wait is very short if any!

I've been coming to this office almost 20 years and have received the best care! Everything from being seen in a timely manner to being able to express my concerns and know that I am being heard. 10/10 recommendation!
