I am grateful for Dr Giles doing the procedure but that's where it stops. They changed my follow up apt and quadruple booked the slot and I sit there for over an hour waiting. Fine, whatever. My big issue is that the surgeon, the NP, the Cath Lab Manager and the ICU nurse all stressed how critical it was for me not to miss even one dose of the anti-coagulant after my stents was placed. Someone forgot to tell the office that because they could care less. I tried to get the Rx sent to my regular pharmacy and the lady at their office told me she couldn't do that. I never got a good reason. It was up top me to call Walgreens and Amazon and figure out why they cant transfer it back and forth. Whatever... I am so sick of Drs, Dr's offices, Pharmacy's, and Insurance companies. I just won

The doctors are nice but nurse staff at front desk very rude been and hang up on you ,you get everything late and they won't call you back. Very sad 😔

I have been a patient of Dr Giles through multiple heart attacks. I respect his ability and this extends to Robert and Jeannie. However, the ladies at the front desk are the rudest I have dealt with. When I went in to get copies of my records for insurance reasons, they told me I would have to contact the billing office, but refused to give me their phone number, would not contact them etc... Told me to get the number from a bill. If this is how HCA does business, it has none of my respect. When I went to my patient portal, it was full of errors.

After several phones calls trying to get my stress test scheduled I was ready to give up. On the 5th call I spoke with Angie. What a difference. She made it happen. Thanks to Angie for being my hero.

Ok I'm a new patient here. So please bare with me my primary care physician referred me to this place the wait to see the Dr was an hour. Upon coming here I noticed that the parking lot was rather short. So to was the office where you first enter there was a small portable AC and there also was plenty of chairs. The staff was very thorough. Upon being in one of the rooms I noticed a few things. 1 A dent in the lower part of the wall near the door. 2 marks on the wall sort of like pencil drawings. 3 small hand print. The Dr was inquisitive he asked what my palpations felt so I explained and he said do you mean like a flutter or skipped beat and I said yes so the Dr said ok I am going to request a stress test and a halter monitor and I said ok the Dr understands the patient pretty well so th
