This medical facility is horrible. Stay away at all costs. For my first appointment I showed up and they told me it had been cancelled. I showed them the physical paper that was mailed to me showing that my appointment was indeed for that day. They did not care and rescheduled my appointment. During this appointment the doctor told me supplements are just expensive pee and only spent about one minute telling me what tests he was going to order. Mind you, I am in a lot of pain and very very concerned about my health. After this, they scheduled two tests for me and a follow up in 6 months. Yes that is six months for me to get any answers on my condition. After completing the one test, I called to ask when the results would be in. If you can go anywhere else, I’d say go there. Holy cow! I’ve never experienced the lack of care from a medical industry before. Had to wait five months just to get a test done. Did the test, had an appointment the next week. Got a call that they had to reschedule because the Dr will be out. Okay! But they rescheduled me for yet another month away. I asked if the Dr could at least call me to put my mind at ease with my results. The nurse said she would let the Dr know. Yet, nothing. So I have to wait yet another month. Got blown off twice……

This doctor is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. She seems too focused on following the textbook rather than taking a few minutes to understand each new patient as an individual. She doesn’t consider other doctors’ care plans and instead insists on creating her own, which makes treatment inconsistent and frustrating. There’s always an excuse for the long wait times, and her attitude toward patients feels rushed and dismissive. She needs to self-reflect on how she communicates and approaches care, rather than pushing her own agenda. Whoever supervises her should seriously reconsider keeping her in this position—she’s being paid to waste patients’ time and still manages to be one of the most inefficient doctors I’ve ever met. I thought Dr. Ivan was pretty good until last year. I went in for a checkup on Tuesday and he said everything was ok. No 60 hours later I was in the hospital with a 99% right carotid blockage.

Absolutely.Just disappointed with Memorial Hospital and their heart and vascular care first I had to wait several months to get an appointment, then my day of my appointment 1 hour before my appointment, they called tell me that they did not get authorization from my insurance company yet.I had given them all the information a week ago.And now I have to wait for them to reschedule me.I mean, it's a heart condition.People die because of this.I do not think I will ever be returning
