Visited the LGBT+ clinic here! It was amazing didn't feel any judgement from staff. Dr Castillo is very nice and caring. Dr Valdez was also very nice, attentive and caring. We were put in the room pretty quickly with no wait to see the nurse and then Dr Valdez came in quickly after. Dr Valdez was very good! He wasn't rushing us through the process. I hope everyone knows that this is THE place to go for all your needs. STI testing, HRT, referrals for hotlines and so much more. This was our first appointment and I'm so excited to be a patient of this medical center.

Am a disabled Marine Corps Veteran. I have been going to this practice for about a year. Which they have billed & profited thousands of dollars from my insurance. I recently needed a simple 1 paragraph letter from the doctor in regards to saying that it is a benefit for me to have a service animal. I gave them a template in which to follow this way I can get approved through the V.A. for veterinarian health benefits for my dog. You see I lost my 10 year old black lab service animal from a internal bleeding which was very hard on me to put her down. I today called to pick up the letter and they tell me they are CHARGING ME $25.00 ................ REALLY ............THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE

I have been a patient here for about 6 months and have always been treated well and appointments have always been on time.

On hold for 55 minutes trying to make an appt, which then just disconnected. Previously had left my callback number, and they never called back. Try to schedule thru their "convenient" MyChart webpage, but it never shows any times as being available, and you get to keep guessing dates to try, with no useful feedback. I guess you have to just show up at the office to have any hope of making an appointment. How is this place still in business?
