I booked an appointment at the last minute because of some back pain. I'm really glad I did. Lindsay knew exactly what to do. She explained what was causing the flare-up and what she was doing to fix it. The next day my back was completely back to normal. No pain or stiffness. I recommend her especially for pain, but also just for a great, relaxing massage.
