She is rude over phone. Tried texting her nicely asking to book appointment she always respond who is this. Red flag to me!

Excellent massage! I highly recommend Melanie. The rooms are warm, cozy, clean, and inviting. Her technique along with the oils/lotions and hot towels have been such a help to my lower back pain. It is so relaxing!!

This is not a rating of her services. This is simply a statement of customer service. She doesn't work with anyone out of town or who has a phone number out of the area. While she has her business listed on Google and has a website with her phone number, she asked how I found her phone number and stated that she only does referrals. It wasn't the most pleasant phone conversation.
