I was greatly disappointed by the customer care that I received by the Physician Assistant, Melody Tillyer at the Summit Medical Group. I had a stress test scheduled by my cardiologist at 4pm. As I was driving, I was experiencing traffic and so I called the office since this ride would be taking at least an hour to get there. I explained to the receptionist that there was traffic but I should be arriving at approximately 4:11 per my gps. The person that I spoke to on the phone said that it was fine because there was a 15 minute grace period. I rushed and arrived inside the building at 4:13pm. I entered the cardiology suite at 4:15.
