We had a great experience with Melissa Bascle today at Southern ENT. She was so kind and caring with our 6 month old daughter. She answered all of our questions and we were able to leave with peace of mind.
My son is absolutely terrified in any dr setting, and screams and fights the entire visit. Dr bascle was so quick with his exam and very patient with him! She was spectacular!
She was very thorough and provided an answer to all of our questions, which does not always happen but was much appreciated.
This is my second time being referred to them for my children and they are excellent and they made them feel comfortable
She is very explanatory.
