Professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. Ms. Brahmer went above and beyond what my VA visit required. She was thoughtful and compassionate towards my hearing loss. I was so grateful that she was able to take the extra time to educate me on my situation and hearing aids. I highly recommend making an appointment here if you have any hearing issues at all. She will take great care of you.
