Our dental practice switched all of our burs to Meisinger burs a few years ago. The owner himself came to meet with the Doctor to put together customized Bur Blocks just for our office. Since we were purchasing a large stock of burs for our company at the time, these were provided to us as a courtesy, with our office name and logo etched into them. They were perfect! Fast forward to Hurricane Helene last year where we lost everything in our practice to extreme flooding. We called Meisinger to see if they still had the drawings of these available to make new ones for us. We quickly got a response from Anthony who found our original order, allowed us to make a few small changes, and quickly got these into production for us. Poor Customer Service Overall, I wanted to purchase a few Bur Blocks from your Company and had a Rep. from your Company stop by the office. I purchased a Bur Block that was missing several burs compared to your catalog pictures and another bur block that damaged a composite during polishing. Overall Poor Customer Service and Quality of Burs. I received no resolution from your company and it is not great customer service when you asked what dental company sold me your product and you telling me to ask for an exchange or return from them. Totally 1 Star and Thumbs Down!

Ordered custom bur blocks that broke within a year. The Meisinger Rep said she would order new ones at no cost. Surprise I get a bill for the new bur blocks that are again breaking. Meisinger lied and said it would be free and then charged without my consent and then their product still breaks. Finally 6 months later got credit and it took a 1 star review.

We've been a long time user of Meisinger Rotary products for operative and surgical procedures. The Benex Extractor kit is a must have for extraction / immediate implant placement sites; the new loupes, optics and lighting system is superb. Meisinger's sales and support teams are first class!!
