Meijer Pharmacy

This location has been very hit and miss. Some techs are great, some are worse than terrible. Tried to go through the drive-thru last week because my wife & I were very sick and didn't want to spread it. Unfortunately Malika(?) was too lazy to do anything through the drive-thru and told us we had to come inside so we opted to leave. I just called to check on prescriptions, unfortunately Malika(?) answered and was abrupt, rude, and obnoxious over the phone. I wasn't having it and hung up. Will be transferring everything to a local pharmacy. This tech has no business interacting with the public in any way and needs to be gone immediately.

It seems that I have more issues with the pharmacy in the last few months. Now, supposedly if a doctor sends a prescription after hours via electronic device, they say they won't get it....period. At least that was what they said when my doctor sent in one at 8 AM. I don't understand that at all. It took me 5 days of several phone calls to get my last prescription filled...very frustrating.

I’ve never had so many problems with a pharmacy before. I have to call refills in several times before they’re actually filled, and then STILL have to come back later because they are not filled at the time they said they’d be ready. If I could give 0 stars I would. Done with your terrible service.

I receive the reminder & pick up text. I received one on 11/20 that my prescription will be ready 11/21 after 3, nope. Then 11/21 it’ll be ready 11/22 after 2. I go through drive thru it’s not there. She tells my their buyers are having trouble finding it! I told her then stop sending text messages that it’ll be ready on a certain day & time. I’ve wasted time & gas. Not to mention the fact I NEED this medication!! Now tomorrow I’ll be calling my dr who won’t be in until Monday because of the holiday & see what else I can take. Meijer pharmacy used to be good, it’s going downhill just like the others in town.

Went to pick up a prescription for my sick mom, and was told first there was no prescription. Not true. Then they said it was probably a reminder for a refill, but not a refill itself. Also not true. Then they said it was already picked up. Super not true. I overheard that it was actually just sitting ready and nobody had picked it up. No apology, no explanation, and definitely not going to return here.
