Meijer Pharmacy

So as far as Pharmacy goes this one is pretty decent....when they ran out of my prescription I needed I was able to transfer prescription to another Meijer pharmacy location and it was really easy to do....I have a huge suggestion though when there is a problem or an issue with prescription why doesn't an actual human being call us ??? Why does an automated message call my phone and then I have to call Meijer and wait on hold for 40 minutes and then get hung up on either by accident or on purpose but it makes me feel like Meijer doesn't care at all about my time. I don't think that is just a Meijer issue but why not change it. Meijer should make a change and have an actual human being call you and speak to you in person.....that would be nice.

I have been waiting 3 hours for my script to be filled!! Never will I use this pharmacy ever again!!! If I could put zero stars, I would!!

Normally I wouldn't feel this way, but today, when I called them to get my monthly medication, they inform me that because I picked it up early on other occasions. Did I have an eight day supply?I can't pick my medication up until monday. Let me be clear.I am a double amputee above the knee, and I have no meds until monday. Thanks a lot, Meijers

I switched from meijers . They have automated call service that says your scripts are ready, then when you get there , there not ready. On top of long lines . The people that work there is the only thing that’s good about it. There friendly and nice.

Never answer the phone. They need more help and make things go alittle faster. Wish they could open Rite-aid back up. Sorry not sorry
