Always fast and friendly. Every time I have a script sent over it’s ready the same day or the next at the latest. Yes the drive thru is slow which is why I never use it because I am capable of walking inside. They also use their own form of coupons which is always cheaper than GoodRx, but they will always look for the cheapest price for you even if you have insurance, they will let you know if it’s cheaper to not use it :)
I never have an issue with my scripts on their end. Anytime the soctos has messed up, they are happy to advise and fund something that will help get you through or take care of the problem.
This pharmacy is very confusing. I have them send me "text updates" so I know when prescriptions are filled. I have received updates on multiple occasions stating my prescriptions have been filled, but upon arrival I find out there is a day or two delay on the prescription. This is annoying. I am also starting to receive many text updates about prescription refills. I cannot recognize my medication through a prescription number and confirm if I need a refill when I am on the go, so I do not see the benefit in this feature and want to find out how to stop it. Along with the texting mishaps, unmentioned delays in prescriptions, and overwhelming amount of text updates, the Meijer Pharmacy staff isn't even friendly. I have had many prescriptions filled here in the last year, I have always been treated with kind, compassionate understanding and timely service during times of short staffing, supply chain problems and general pandemic related frustrations. When I have asked the pharmacist of medical related issues regarding prescriptions, I have always been accommodated very well with information.
Staff is incompetent, condescending, and rude. They always have an excuse as to why prescriptions aren't filled on time, and they routinely put back prescriptions after 2 days even though they are supposed to wait the full 10 days to allow for pick-up.
