Meijer Pharmacy

One of the girls who works there looks super scary with all the tattoos and piercings, but she’s actually super nice and helpful! A lot of the other people seem annoyed when you ask questions or want to run coupons but she does it right away. You can tell a lot of the other people don’t really know what they’re doing and she’s always eager to help them out too. She’s one of the only reasons I keep coming back to this pharmacy

extremely rude staff and they don’t seem like they know what they’re doing half the time. i’ve called ahead to see if my prescription was ready and they said yes so i went on my lunch break and then they told me it wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes. couldn’t get my prescription even though on the phone they said it was ready to pick up. they are also extremely rude and all seem like you are bothersome. i’ve never had an easy experience with this pharmacy. it is always a whole issue every month to get my medication.

Been using Meijer pharmacy for about 5 years now ever since I had enough of Walgreens BS. I hate I’m here only giving them 3 stars because overall they’ve been good to me. My problem isn’t staff related or the overall experience. You guys lost 2 stars from me by pulling the app. 1st off it wasn’t the greatest pharmacy app I’ve ever used but it was functional. I could easily log in review my meds and request refills as needed. Now they want us to go through the Meijer online page. Flip through produce to get to the pharmacy. Then I have to manually put in my username and password. Then it wants to text my phone and I have to find the code punch that in and if it all works I’m in an outdated web page to refill my scripts. Come on Meijer do you need an app developer over there? I’m almost wil

When an automated message calls you to tell you they have a question about your prescription and you need to call them back so you call back and wait as #1 in que for 15minutes just to be told it’s ready for pick up and one of the items is just over the counter pick up instead of a prescription. If you are going to call me it better be a person on the other end of the line not an automated message to tell me to call you send a text that is what they are for!

Only go here now to get scripts for my kids since i no longer work for meijer, i csnt afford to shop here. I do not like the new driveup kiosk, very difficult to use if you have tall vehicle like a truck.
