Meijer Pharmacy

The staff at the pharmacy are great, but the window, drawer and surrounding areas is always filthy. I have made comments in jest about someone cleaning it to the pharmacy staff, so we don't have to reach near cobwebs and dirt, which leads me to question how often they clean the keypad you have to handle...and they just ignore it. One staff person shows distain any time I mention it. I called the store manager and kindly let him know that it was not being cleaned. I have been looking at the same filth for months and finally decided to take pictures. The same filth remains after 4 months.

Very, very, very slow service need to give them at least a whole day to get your prescriptions around, so hopefully you don’t need anything in a hurry

It shows I had a 21 quantity remaining the lady was very rude. I’m a pharmacy tech too and she said they don’t tell patients when their insurance won’t cover it all. I had a new script called in . Overall horrible techs . She said yeah I don’t know. If you don’t know let me talk to the pharmacist who knows. Horrible customer service. Will be finally taking my service elsewhere!

I used meijer pharmacy in Three River MI for YEARS woth no problems. We moved here about a year and a half ago and moved pharmacies as soon as this meijer opened. I dont know what the disconnect is, but its a night and day difference in my experience. 50/50 they won't have what you need and have to get it sent in "overnight" which may end up being 2-4 nights. And not just new scripts, refills too. Cannot figure out how they can't have a med in that they know they will need. Also, there's no communication between the people running windows and the ones filling scripts? Was told my med would be ready in 25 mins, get 5 mins down the road towards home and get the script filled text. Absolute garbage, WILL be switching pharmacies.
