Meijer Pharmacy

Pharmacists dont seem like they know what they are doing and are rude. I called to refill a prescription and insurance wouldn't cover it, I asked them to refill it anyway and she was trying to talk me out of getting my own prescription. Unprofessional and rude. If I chose to pay for my prescription out of pocket that's my choice not yours to make. Staff need to be better trained.

The staff's failure to communicate consistently results in extremely delayed prescriptions. The pharmacist is lazy and unknowledgeable about the prescriptions she dispenses. These issues were mentioned respectfully to the pharmacy staff, but there is no accountability for the miscommunication and unwillingness to simply do their jobs.

This Meijer Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the Columbus area. I’ve probably used most of the chain pharmacies in the area at one time or another. Nothing compares to the customer service at the Hamilton Road Meijer Pharmacy. I’ve had great experiences with all the pharmacists and pharmacy techs here, but I’d like to acknowledge one person in particular. Auden R. has gone out of his way to help me on numerous occasions. I know how hard pharmacy tech’s work, but Auden R. never seems stressed and always presents himself in the most professional manner. It’s always service with a smile. I just wanted to acknowledge Auden R.’s extraordinary customer service. I hope that Meijer realizes what an outstanding employee they have in Auden R.

Always great service. They always look for a lower cost for me. If my insurance isn't cheaper, they let me know.

Your prescription may be ready in under five minutes, other times, it will be over a week. They messed up and restocked my prescription too soon. I appreciate it being ready quickly after they messed up, I don't appreciate being sent away having been told it would be 30+ minutes and having to turn around in rush hour traffic. I really don't appreciate my time being wasted. When you mess up, apologize and make it right instead of gaslighting! Do better.
