Meijer Pharmacy

Awful customer service. We moved our prescriptions from Kroger to here,for convenience and we like the store. However, more often then not,the pharmacy technicians are rude,and act like you are bothering them when you go to pick up your medication. I regret transferring our prescriptions here. Kindness goes a long way for me,and this place doesn't seem to have any.

It is rare to encounter such a profound disconnect between professional responsibility and actual conduct, but the management at the Anderson Meijer pharmacy has managed to achieve it. For over three years, I have utilized this location for a specific medication regimen I have maintained for eighteen years—a regimen carefully managed by a physician who has overseen my care for over 25 years. Without warning or medical justification, the pharmacy management recently issued an ultimatum: switch to an alternative medication (one containing an allergen documented in my history) or seek services elsewhere. I transferred my prescriptions from CVS because their customer service sucks!!! My experience at Meijer was awesome! Fast, friendly service with a smile! It was so nice to feel valued as a paying customer! The wait in line was not long either! I highly recommend Meijer pharmacy.

5 days later, still ain't touched my stuff. I get it weekly. It's never ever ready. I always have to go back multiple times days later just to pick up one prescription that takes under a minute to fill. I know because sometimes they fill it while im in line. It's not hard. It's just extremely aggravating I still can't get it the easy way almost a week later. Im definitely going somewhere else. Holy crap it's ridiculous

Best Pharmacy it town hands down. And the grocery they have some killer protein oats and good prices on a lot now! Aldi and here is all I do now. Keep it up y'all;) 👍🏾💪🏾
