Mehul Trivedi

My experience with Dr Trivedi has been nothing but positive. I am informed that my surgery was difficult due to my height. My surgery was very successful and I came through with no complications. I feel that the most important issue with any doctor is their medical competence. I will take competence over style any day. Dr. Trivedi is both competent, kind and caring. I acknowledge that he is sometimes brisk but he is managing a large program with many patients. I appreciated the extensive time he took with me post-surgery to ensure that the procedure remains successful. His staff are all top notch and very helpful. I give this office my highest recommendation.

The only reason Dr. Trivedi has not been sued into oblivion for medical malpractice is because the perpetual damage he does in his surgeries are not evident until the short statute of limitations has passed. This time is passed by ignoring the data from follow-up appointments until the evidence of malnutrition is irrefutable and impossible to reverse. Do not join the dozens of others who would have gone elsewhere if they were better informed. Look elsewhere

Anyone thinking of weight loss surgery please AVOID Dr. Mehul Trivedi in Albany, NY at St. Peter's Hospital!!!!! II was scheduled for Gastric Sleeve surgery on Tuesday March 14th, 2017 BUT my surgery did NOT happen. I was there with my family by my side in a huge snow storm. The Anestesiologist: Dr. Kuschner could NOT intubate me even after having 2 other surgeons try for over an hour, Dr. Trivedi then "aborted" the surgery as he called it. I had warned Dr. Trivedi on several occasions that intubation has been an issue with me due to my severe Arthritis which leaves my neck frozen its obvious Dr. Trivedi didn't take this seriously. I have had 7 major surgeries in my life and they have always been able to intubate me but with difficulty which I made VERY clear to Dr. Trivedi. My surgery exp

Excellent and very smart doctor. My wife just had surgery yesterday and everything went perfect. He may not smile much but we are very satisfied with his services. St. Peter's Hospital is the best. I would highly recommend doctor trivedi to anyone.

I have ptsd from this terrible provider who should not be allowed to practice anywhere again- Only gave one star because zero stars is not an option. Seriously do yourself a favor and stay away
