I'm so extremely disappointed in the treatment or should I say, lack of treatment by Doctor Klein I had no idea at all that there was a problem. All that was done was a very generic letter telling me that I was to find a new provider. When I asked why I was told that I had trouble keeping appointments. And that was the reason for my dismissal after years with this group. One of my issues is Cognitive, so isn't a bit strange to be dismissed for the very reason the problem I was seeing her for? I still can't find a provider due to being dismissed. I wasn't even offered a chance to change whatever was bothering her about me. This has caused a bigger battle with depression that I've ever had before. I'm so very hurt over this uncalled for dismissal. I did NOTHING Wrong Im still in shock and d
