Do your best to avoid this practice and seek a competent and caring medical professional. This practice does not value patients' time or health. I have been treated rudely by staff and Dr. Mehta on more than one occasion. They do not notify patients of appointment reminders/cancelations/reschedules showing a clear disdain for our personal time. Most recently, I waited over an hour in the virtual waiting room, for the review of a sleep study it took nearly 6 months to get and another 2 months for this appointment, with no notice of delay or check-in from staff. After more than an hour, I hung up to call the office only to find it closed at 3:30pm despite 9-5pm listed hours. Horrible medical practice and practitioner.

Dr Mehta was helpful in the first couple of meetings but no more afterwards. She is in general, very cold and detached. Our appointments ran mostly under 8 minutes. You can sum that up in three parts - How are you sleeping? Keep to the schedule. Goodbye. She doesn't listen and quickly cuts me short. Not one bit sympathetic to my suffering from the chronic insomnia. I left her care 2 years ago. Looking back, I would not recommend her to anyone who needs more support and care.

I had an appointment with Dr. Meena Mehta on December 30, 2022. Today is January 19, 2024. Over a year later it still haunts me how badly I was spoken to and treated. A negative score is what I would prefer to give. Unfortunately for her, but fortunately for me, the only way I can get the way I was spoken to, out of my thoughts, is to finally write this review. It took 6 months to get this appointment, because I went by their rules. She spent approximately 15 minutes with me. I was having severe cases of insomnia and was interested in a sleep study, and /or to speak with a sleep coach (which was mentioned in the appt. description. I left a review about a month ago about how absurdly overpriced this type of care is. I just want people to know that when I asked for a consultation appointment to help me with some severe sleep issues that I have had for years, I was put into a 15 min appointment where I spent most of the time just listening to the doctor ramble about pretending to know more than she did. Furthermore, they tried to charge me $400 for an appointment that lasted no more than 15 mins. That's $26.67 per minute which I would've mind paying if this woman did literally ANYTHING at all. I have had Dr Mehta for many years, she is an exceptional provider with a true passion for helping her patients. She was able to provide me the support I needed to get well established with my CPAP and I have to say I feel great!
