MedWiz Pharmacy Work

MedWiz sent a bill for my mother (I have power of attorney) showing a balance forward. They've never sent anything in the past. I called 6 days ago and sent an email asking for a full accounting, but have had no response. Tried to call again today and had to leave another voicemail. It seems that their customer service is essentially non-existent. Addendum: I finally reached somebody by calling their local number (as opposed to the number listed on the invoice). The gentleman with whom I spoke (Gabriel) was helpful and able to resolve my problem.

Esta farmacia es súper mala, estoy en un Reha, con un dolor insoportable y la medicina para el dolor según el delivery de esta farmacia, solo me la pueden traer un día después de que la ordenen, que negligencia….
