DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! My father recently was in the "care" of the staff here. He has metastasized cancer literally in multiple places in his body INCLUDING his liver. Keep that in mind. Recently his already short stay was cut short by the staff forcing him out. The reason? He wouldn't do physical therapy. Now remember what i said earlier? His cancer is in his liver (among other places, like his head). They want him to do stretches that would move his legs around and jab his legs and knees into his stomach and his LIVER. So obviously being in pain from the METASTASIZING CANCER, he said he can't. So they didn't let him stay the full month he was given. The staff is so rude and inconsiderate! Hes dying! Give him a damn break! The staff are so lucky he talked me out of yelling at

I am writing this review to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the care my great-grandmother received at Medway Country Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. Our family entrusted this facility with her well-being during a vulnerable period of her life, and unfortunately, the care she received fell far below acceptable standards for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. One of the most alarming issues was that my great-grandmother was prescribed the wrong medication. This is a serious and potentially dangerous error, particularly for an elderly patient with complex medical needs. Don’t trust your family members to come here if you want proper care bc I promise you won’t get it. Things “vanish” more like get stolen. They don’t tell you anything, if family member gets sick you’ll never know. Gave my mom the rudest attitude when she was explaining my grandmother is Non Verbal. They don’t even deserve a 3 star rating be lucky a 1 star. Everyone is always on their phones and pay no attention. You ask for assistance and they just roll their eyes like we are a bother. Most unprofessional place. Absolutely Disgusting and a disgrace. And I’ll deff be recommending people not to come here unless last resort.

It’s absolutely terrible that one person ( Helina) has to ruin the reputation of the entire facility! This person does not belong in this type of field!! The PT team that I needed the most help with go above and beyond their call of duty. They are extremely kind as to much of the rest of the staff here. I will add photos! Update- There was one day I was waiting for my daily medications which was good to take in the morning. At 11 am there was still no medication brought to me so I went to the front desk. The person that was giving the medication that day was a temp. I tried to be understanding because maybe she didn’t know the system, but I was told by the staff it was not her first time. She finally gave me my medication but said she couldn’t find one medication that I take daily which wa

Don't bring someone you love there, maybe for rehab??? A wk or 2, But to live there!!!! Don't do it!!! It's just awful but there some nice people there the place itself is terrible their rating is a 3 there is NO Consistency..and they don't really care about your health issues...this is from seeing it everyday..I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
