Went there today to get seen just to have to wait an hour and a half then get called to front desk and the lady asked me if I had insurance and come to find out they don’t take Medicaid. Wish I would have known when I first walked in instead I wasted my time when I could have went somewhere else to get treated.

Do not do your DOT here!!! Will get a letter from DMV that they are not using MCSA-5876! See the attached picture ∅ help and ∅ cooperation and ∅ digital access no email to send anything and no willing to use any other kind of communication except "come in and we will see" even after mentioned that I am on other side of the country 😮 I even mentioned that you can look here on Google maps and the answer was "we don't know or use Google maps" So no one (nor the doctor) was listening what wou wish to say while the only problem that they are using the old form and not the new MCSA-5876, so like this even if they are registered, the issued exam is not valid. Shame on them ... maybe if they start to use email and other kind of contacts, might be updated to new form Save your time and money and go

I went to 2 other urgent cares In goldsboro when I needed urgent care. one place made me schedule an appointment for 3 hours later and the other was so packed I had to leave to seek more immediate help. I don't have insurance so the ER is not an option for me. I was in horrible pain and needed to see a doctor quickly. The staff here were great. Very kind and understanding. The doctor (I wish I got her name) was empathetic, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in my opinion to help me get well. I really appreciate the care I got here.

I couldn't get in to see my regular provider until the end of next month. Having lower back pain. Called Medstat to get hours and asked if I could come in on my lunch break. Called again before I left to see how busy they were, and front desk staff stated there wasn't a wait at this time. Walked right in and got new patient paperwork to fill out, 2 forms not a booklet, +. They were helpful and friendly! I saw Dr. Le, I had a wonderful experience! She explained to me what she was prescribing me and how to take it, and I was able to get back to work on time. I will bring my family members or myself back if we ever need to be seen again! Thanks Dr. Le & staff

Dr Lee and her father before her are my Dr's. I have always had great services and I have been royally fussed at if I didn't follow my treatments. They care enough tell you to take proper care of yourself.
