Dr. Christine Zhang is wonderful. She really took the time to listen carefully to what I’ve been experiencing and made me feel genuinely heard. She offered thoughtful guidance and helped put together a practical plan to address my issues. I left the appointment feeling optimistic and supported. I’m very grateful for her care and would absolutely recommend her.

Very nice! Very helpful and friendly! I liked the cafeteria and the food the best! One employee named "Sierra" stopped on her way to lunch with friends and escorted me in my wheelchair all the way from the cafeteria to to the fifth floor for my vascular surgery appointment. She didn't know me. She just wanted to make sure I found my way, and got there safely. I give the hospital an d your staff a "10". -Clarence Shaw

The ICU team at Medstar Health Montgommery Medical Center in Maryland is a trustworthy team. Especially Dr. Morton , Nurse Jeff, MIhret, and Vineetha respiratory, they are incredibly caring and attentive to patients, highly responsible, and always ready to answer questions without hesitation. I’m really disappointed with the front desk staff at this hospital. My family and I were only there to keep my mom company while she waited to see my sister, and the staff treated us very rudely. They insisted we hand over our IDs just to stay in the building, even though we weren’t being admitted or going past the waiting area. They told us it would be 20 minutes before we could see my sister, but it felt like they were intentionally delaying us. One staff member was visibly annoyed and made the whole situation uncomfortable. What made it worse was seeing the front desk employees eating at their station while patients and families were right there. I’m writing to express my deep concern about the care I received during two separate visits to your Emergency Department. Last year, I came in due to a miscarriage and was experiencing significant bleeding. The response I received was not only medically insensitive but deeply traumatic. I was shocked when a staff member instructed my husband to dispose of bloody tissue in a regular trash bin. In addition, the RN on duty was extremely rude and dismissive during what was already a devastating moment for me. This year, I returned due to abdominal pain and vomiting. While the medical technician I encountered was kind and helpful, the RN once again was unprofessional and unkind in her behavior. Unfortunately, this seems to reflect a recurring issue with nursing staff interactions. While this
