Unbelievable. What health care should be. Entire team, including the doctor, made sure that I could reach them by giving me their cellphone numbers and emails addresses on the first day. Most other health care providers I have dealt with intentionally make it difficult to communicate with them on a timely basis. Add to the extraordinary focus on personal care and concern, is a superior medical testing and treatment program that identified issues that were missed by our prior doctors. They have a facility and equipment that is world-class as well as a care team that excels in working with patients and curing disease. There is a reason MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute is one of the top ranked facilities in the country.

Post Covid the check in process was quick and easy with the staff being friendly and polite. The cardiology department and staff were all welcoming too. Directions for where to go were clear and well defined. The waiting areas were clean and spacious giving the comfort just when necessary to calm a potentially nervous patient. Even though the location is not very close to where I live it is the class and skill of the staff and doctors which brings me back to this location every time!

My husband and me received EXCELLENT SERVICE from MedStar Heart and Vascular Department and are extremely satisfied with the care, concern and service we received. Everyone is so very helpful and make us feel our concerns and needs were very important to them. They listen to us, answered all our questions and made sure the answers we received were satisfactory to us. They also provided us with contact information for them in case we had questions after our visit.
