MedStar Health: Urgent Care in Silver Spring

Time management; it was busy with walk-ins and appointments and the waiting period was smooth not longstanding waiting to be seen by doctor. Positive attitude and extremely helpful staff; from the front desk staff, medical support staff to the doctors, everyone on the team was outstanding. Facility; clean and sanitary, an open environment. Patient/customer service was excellent, genuine care for patients, even gave water bottles to all. Fantastic for the neighborhood health care center. Thank you.

Waited over 3 hours for urgent care.. when the "PA" finally arrived my complaints was dismissed and I was rushed. No real exam, xrays or medication was prescribed. I had to request medication after head on collision with another car. I do not recommend this location. Only 2 other patients was there before I arrived.. also I was told they only have one doctor that turned out to be a PA.

Wonderful experience with the way I was cared for. The time taken to complete the visit from beginning to end may have been longer but I walked out with the care and medicine I needed to get well! A message to my fellow patients, this is a tough season, so be patient and courteous, and you will be well cared for at this location. Thank you.

The physician assistant (PA) did not take my concerns seriously and only spent about 5 minutes with me. The tech who took my blood pressure took it over my sweater, falsely elevating it and the PA felt the need to add "elevated blood pressure" as a diagnosis without verifying it. I do not recommend this urgent care. I gave 2 stars because the front desk person was kind and efficient.

Everyone was so nice and patient,the front desk girl, the nurses and the physician. I Took my daughter last Friday they only had one doctor to see numbers of patients. regardless to short staff they had they kept accepting walks in patients and with reservations. They are so professional they make it work for everyone. I truly appreciate everyone working at Medstart four corners . Thank you 🙏🏻
