MedStar Health: Urgent Care at Pasadena

A great place! A very short wait and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. It made a really scary experience with my young daughter cutting her lip open a lot easier. Very happy we chose to go there. And will definitely recommend to everyone

Terrible not worth a star Waited 40 minutes in dirty exam room. Went back to entrance to see if they forgot about me. Lady chatting it up in back came out and said other patients are taking priority. So I just sit? 15 minutes more sitting some came in and said it won’t be much longer. 15 minutes later I was seen. Spent over two hours waiting with no updates most of my visit. Dirty exam room dirty floors, leaking faucet, walls buggered up. I’ve used medstar before and never seen such bad service and facilities

It was so easy to set up an appointment online. They were running behind for technical issues I believe and the manager called me about an hour ahead to let me know. So instead of getting there and waiting longer I was an able to go in at a later time at same location. The front staff was very nice and acknowledged me right away. There was no wait because by the time I checked in and sat down they called me back. The Doctor was very nice and very knowledgeable. Quickest urgent care visit ever! Thank you! ☺️

On 2/4/2026 I had to go to MedStar with my child because they had a deep laceration on their finger that required stitches. The staff there were great! Took care of us with the utmost care. Found our insurance when bevause i didn't have the card because they switched over from Righttime to MedStar so they didn't keep any records. They were very professional and courteous. The took care of my child. Explained everything what they were going to do, let them know if it was going to hurt or not and gave praise when they did a good after the procedure. Definitely would go back

It's was pretty Good the NP was very kind and helpful She asked me the Right questions and had me have X rays to make sure what her diagnosis was correct. X-ray tech also was very pleasant and informative Front desk Gentleman as well wait times were Ok I understand when your busy helping other patients you can't be everyware at the same time.I recommend this Clinic.
