MedStar Health: Urgent Care at Capitol Hill

They are so busy but so friendly. From the moment I walked in they were upbeat. You can hear the coworker’s positive banter. Professional healthcare team. Clean environment. Took a while (I was a walk-in) but a good experience.

My experience was fantastic and although I was in pain with an injured foot, everyone made me feel cares for and important. The receptionists were kind and prompt. The nurse was professional and kind, the doctor was knowledgeable professional and compassionate and the Xray technician was professional and caring. He even took me to my car in the wheelchair in the heavy rain. I am grateful for each of them that make an excellent team! I love this Capitol Hill urgent care. Vilma Williams

I had an appointment at 6PM. I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately taken back for my appointment. The entire appointment was on time, very efficient and entirely professional. The doctor was friendly, compassionate and explained everything very well. All questions were answered completely.

I am greatly impressed with the timely patient care, courtesy /patience of Medstar Urgent Care administration receptionist processing, medical team's efficiency/professionalism, willingness to listen, and genuine patient care services.
