This was my first visit to Doctor Eric Anderson at the outpatient clinic in the hospital. From the moment he entered the examination room, he extended his hand, greeted me, and introduced himself. Then reviewed with me my medications list, along with all my medical conditions, in addition to a detailed history of my parents' and siblings' illnesses. He is a good listener and explains everything you ask him, professionally and in detail. I strongly recomend him to all patient. Elie F. Abdel Nour
All good I had one negative experience .The new intern dr was difficult for me to interact with. I felt like I was being interrogated and didn’t give the right answers. I was trying to explain something and her response made me bristle. I felt belittled. When she left the room, my body was very tense. I told her my response because she is in training. Hopefully knowing how an 84 yr old woman responded to both her mannerisms and way of communicating will be helpful.
I've had Dr. Reichner for 20 years plus. She has seen me at my worse and got me thru every scares. She has recommended to me any program she fills I should get into to get me out of my worse days and some have helped. Sometimes I forget she have other patients and I get a little selfish in wanting more time with her because I fill like she's more than my doctor, But I understand. When she was Blessed with triplets, I told her I was going to run a marathon before they get to be teens, Unfortunately, I haven't gotten there. LOL! I love Dr. Reichner and I believe she has my best interest (health wise) at heart. I pray for her, Georgetown and her staff for the service she has provided me. There has been some rough days for me and Dr. Reichner never not do what Georgetown Hospital hired her
I am truly blessed to be connected w/the Pulmonary Doctors and staff at Georgetown University Hospital. The care and dedication demonstrated and provided is incomparable. My situation is new and was scary. However, the research and determination (from this team of pulmonologist) to assess and identify treatment has made a very positive difference. Thank you Doctor(s) Anderson, Kilian, and Mickelson, specifically. I appreciate you.
There was a Verizon issue on the day of my appointment so it’s difficult to review related to the virtual visit. It was definitely helpful that my doctor chose to make a phone call instead to keep the appointment rather than reschedule. Appreciate that.
