MedStar Health: Medical Center at Timonium

The environment in and of itself was very welcoming: well lit, spacious, and clean. The staff on each level I walked was polite and professional, from entry point to the 2nd level where I intended to go. I arrived early to complete any necessary forms but there were no long or tedious papers to read and sign, which was a plus. I did not sit long at all before heading to the examinaton area to be seen. I sincerely appreciate the staff for Dr. Fillar for providing a level of comfort and patience in my time of need, especially since I had a work done I had not yet experienced. Your legacy continues and even exceeds itself. Again, thank you for such a pleasant visit.

I am seeing Dr. Fillar for my knees and Dr. Muthri for my shoulders. Both surgeons are very personable and listen to me and my concerns. I never feel rushed. The PAs were great and explained everything so I could understand. The X-ray techs are wonderful and very gentle. The medical assistants have a great attitude and are super friendly. I am very pleased with the service and care that I am receiving. Checking in and out was efficient and staffed with smiling faces. I arrive early and have often been seen and out the door before my appointment time. Highly recommend this place and these surgeons.

Great Doctor and staff. I appreciated the ease to make an appointment, the respectful staff snd an amazing Doctor Murthi Great bedside manners, extremely knowledgeable and calming. I have had many orthopedic surgeries from playing basketball. Many wonderful Docs, but Doctor Murthi is exceptional. A great experience and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Richard Eventoff

This was my first visit here, the place was so beautiful and clean. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and chosen well. Check in was painless and wait was minimal. On to care, the tech was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. Arash Kohie was wonderful, he listened and believed my pain was real. He taught me some basic anatomy and physiology to explain why I hurt. Together we came up with a plan of action and I am confident we’re doing what’s best.

The center is a very nice. All the receptionists are so nice. Beautiful building convenient location. You don't have to go to a different place to get an x-ray. It's all taken care of there and they also have a physical therapy place there. I have a broken foot and I had no problem parking in a handicapped space with my handicap tag and going in.
