Customer Reviews
Everyone from admission to discharge was so nice. Although I was very nervous they worked with me to calm me down. Thank you for getting me through the procedure.
I am convinced that I am alive today and cancer free because of Dr. Cohen and the folks who support the work of Medstar interventional radiology. Every person I have met at Georgetown approaches their work and patients with professionalism, understanding, and courtesy. They are truly some of the happiest people I have met.
My scan was rescheduled and canceled 4 times in 20 days. The report contained information that I did not experience, making me & my doctor wonder about the factual correctness of the procedure & the report. While I was waiting, with an IV in my arm, people came in & out of my room, never saying anything or acknowledging my existence in any way. However, people who talked to me directly...schedulers, women who signed me in, the tech who managed my IV...were very attentive & courteous. I continue to not trust Georgetown Hospital to be careful and/ or correct in treating me.
I had an excellent experience. The staff was professional. They started on time and provided me with all the necessary material that I needed to get the procedure completed.
Front office exceptional courteous. I was told they were running a few minutes late and would come to get me and they did. My IV was one perfect pinch. Went well and smooth with Alex and personal. Would highly recommend it.
