The scheduling and orientation were incredibly smooth. Everybody in this practice are super professional and very nice people. From the person who takes the phone when you call to set up the first appointment, to the NP, and the person who calls you to schedule the actual procedure. They are throughout, super patient and polite. I have not done the procedure, but so far the experience has been very pleasant. Will post again once I have the procedure done.

Brooke Spencer is absolutely amazing—she knew about the reason for my visit before coming into the room, and seemed to have familiarized herself with my records in advance. She excelled at establishing an effective dialogue by asking clarifying questions to get to the bottom of my case. Her reflections were spot-on, professional, and practical, with orders for specific tests and action items. Understanding of my demanding academic schedule, NP Spencer facilitated setting up a follow-up appointment with the doctor, and absolutely exceeded the expectations of patient-centered care. Brooke Spencer stands above every GI doctor I have seen so far, and is the reason why nursing should remain a professional career despite recent government decisions to reclassify it. Impressed and grateful.

Dr Robert Schenck had clear message to me and he was listening to.my descriptions. He is kind, and trustworthy. Staffs were nice and helpful. Except for those in the office, the gentleman who helped me a week before to schedule the appointment was very patient and nice. Appreciated. Over all, excellent service. Thank you all.
