MedStar Health Cardiology at MedStar Washington Hospital Center

I've been an patient at Medstar Washington Hospital since 2022 and all I will say is they're incredible. From their surgery department to the cardiologist department I was treated with nothing but respect, kindness, love, and dedication. I will recommend them with 100 stars if possible. Thank you for all you have done for me and still doing. I'm truly grateful....

Very caring and accommodating staff of professionals. They Bend over backwards to provide care and advise which was my experience despite the fact that I inadvertently messed up my scheduled appointment. The staff worked around the delay which obviously impacted the remainder of their schedule appointments. I Left the Institution very satisfied with the care that was afforded me. Thank you very much your efforts were greatly appreciated!

I sat in that waiting room for 45 minutes. My appointment at 9:30. I expected a wait but to see several people who came after me go I. And been seen was a problem for me. I like the doctor, he’s kind and knowledgeable. But to have to sit here that long and others to be seen ahead of me was a problem. I left to reschedule with a new physician. I wish all doctors understood that our time is precious as well. Show patients the respect you want. Time management is necessary

I had an appointment late in the day - so I got a parking space (nice change) and was seen almost right away(another nice change). Dr Janjua was thorough and listened to my concerns. She didn’t just jump to a potential solution or sole path to pursue in her field of expertise but weighed in my other medical conditions which could be contributing to my recent concern. She came up with a comprehensive plan for next steps that absolutely addressed the potential for the issue to be with my heart but clearly took all of my medical issues into consideration by having me get other tests done in other areas to be sure we were addressing the actual problem.

Had my three month follow up to heart surgery today. Cardiologist (Dr. Garg) took time to review my case in depth and asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood my health status and to address any questions or concerns. The office staff were friendly and efficient. Very good experience. Great combination of professionalism and care.
