Medroof Urgent Care and Spa

Absolutely the best urgent care around. Made my son's visit pleasant and fun! Normally he hyperventilates anytime we go to the doctors BUT the staff went out of their way to explain and show him the tests.

Our son was experiencing some chest pain at a Saturday morning basketball practice. We were able to pick him up from practice and have him seen quickly by a provider at Medroof. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They were very thorough and checked him out really well. We will be following up with his pediatrician, but it gave us peace of mind to have him evaluated right away and so close to home. We had a good experience and would definitely return here if/when the need arises!

The staff and provider were very kind and caring. I was able talk about my concerns and feel heard. After an exam, they were able to make a recommendation for treatment and I was on my way in a timely manner. They did not take my insurance and I did pay the fee to be seen but that did not deter me from using their services. It is very nice to have this facility open in the area! I would recommend their services!

Yesterday was my first time here. I would come back here 1000 times over the other facilities in our area. I personally don't like doctor office settings. This place gives off just a whole different vibe. Mia at the front desk was super funny. The nurse was very friendly, and the doctor was informative and thorough! Thank you for such a good experience.

The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were so kind and caring! Great sense of humor and really makes you feel like your in a safe and professional environment with people who are there to help! So happy I visited this facility. 🙂 I will always recommend this place as the best place to go to get care from!
