MedQuest Compounding Pharmacy

Been a regular customer here for years and each year is progressively getting worse and worse. Price hikes, supply issues and problems, and now the customer service overall at MedQuest is declining rapidly. They really don't care when you get your meds its all about processing orders and running EFT payments. I will place an order that used to be fulfilled immediately, lable created within the 1st couple hours and have tracking info almost immediately. Now it takes on average 2 to 3 days before the label is even created, then it takes another 2 days to get on a truck then 3 more good days for it arrive. There is another compounding pharmacy in the same state that my doctor partners with and its definitely time to give them a honest try.

So I'm reading through some of the one star reviews and they are just silly. Some are down right wrong (ie: guy who is upset at pharmacy because provider screwed up). Seriously? I'm a provider and patient myself. Both I and my patients have been treated amazingly! I think some of the delays is due to growing pains,as in, higher demand, and that's a good thing. Means more people want to use MedQuest. I have noticed their compounds are of a higher grade than other compounding pharmacy, which is better for all us customers. My patients have always been treated well, and I have been treated well. When I have a question or one of my patients have a question, MedQuest always answers them with such great customer service.

Do not use this pharmacy if you can avoid! The ONLY option to ship scripts is using “Next day Air” which means it’s adds $45 to every single order. Then, to top it off, I ordered a refill of my scripts on the morning of the 21st, paid an additional $45 for next day air, they dragged their feet, and took over 24 hours to even confirm the order, approving it on the end of day, Oct 22nd. Then “next day air” is delivering it by the end of day Oct 23rd…. Paying 45 dollars for next day, but then getting it 2 days later caused me to not have my drugs for a week long trip. Customer service was very rude and said “next day air is never next day. We take a day to process, then a day to ship” I’ve been a customer for 6 months and this pricey option ALWAYS arrives at my house the day after I order.

Ive been a customer of Medquest for 20 years. In that time ive had the same Dr and same prescriptions. The pharmacists have held up my prescriptions for several days because the Dr didnt post the strength of the med on the script. I called and told the pharmacist, same doc, same strength as last 20 years… They still insist on holding up my prescription. Its time to look for another pharmacy, Medquest best days are behind them.
