She made the check-in process quick and easy and answered all my questions with a great attitude. The whole visit was very organized and efficient. I come to Medpro urgent care for physical therapy after an accident and it’s a pleasure every time I go. Everyone there is extremely kind and friendly. I enjoy being around people who actually care.

I’m sharing this feedback so it can be reviewed at an administrative level. I visited this urgent care today to evaluate mid-to-upper back pain after another provider raised concern about ruling out non-muscular causes. While the nurse practitioner I saw (Elizabeth) was polite, the visit raised several concerns related to privacy, assessment, and clinical judgment. The exam was conducted with the door open. During the visit, an individual who appeared familiar with the provider approached the room to say goodbye, and the provider returned the goodbye while I was still present. Regardless of who the individual was, this compromised privacy and was uncomfortable in a medical setting. Clinically, my pain was labeled as muscular before any physical exam was performed. Dr Aneta was an angelic gift this morning, inspecting and re-covering a serious skin forearm wound that had needed medical attention. The out of state trip to Fort Lauderdale did not need to be cancelled. Felt blessed to be in her care.
