Medpointe Urgent Care Walk In, TeleMedicine & Rapid Testing

Took my son here last Sunday. Henry Fords urgent care on 15 mile had a couple hour wait. I’m glad I called here to inquire. Very happy with the experience. Staff went above and beyond. No long waits. Got the answers I needed and care needed for my son. Highly recommend.

Mixed reviews …handled my daughter’s migraines well but reception really has an attitude problem constantly… like every time you walk in there … can’t treat much so you might as well go to the hospital. Good for minor things but definitely NOTHING urgent!!! I was treated like total garbage when I went in for myself to later find out I had pneumonia..

Went here once, will NOT be returning. I instantly felt uncomfortable & judged by reception. They looked at me like I was crazy for what I went there for. Then, I had a panic attack from my pain & they freaked out. No one knew what they were doing. So they asked if I wanted an ambulance. YES! Get me outta here & put me with people who know what they’re doing. Dont go here.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service my sister received at this facility. During her check-up, the doctor, allegedly Dr. Anderson, barely examined her and recommended over-the-counter medication. However, this treatment has been ineffective. When we called to request a prescription, we were told that the doctor wouldn't provide one unless we brought my sister back in for another visit. This seems unnecessary and inefficient, especially considering there's apparently a new doctor on staff. The front desk staff seemed uninformed about the doctors' schedules, which raises concerns about the facility's organization and communication. This clinic was amazing! I’d been battling a sty on my eye for about a week. Woke up one morning and I could hardly open my eye. Called their office and spoke to a young lady who was very happy to help me. When I arrived I was greeted by a choir! Everyone was very friendly and greeted me like an old time friend! I needed help filling out the forms, as I could only see out of one eye, and one of the young ladies sat beside me and read everything to me and filled the paperwork out for me. From the front desk to triage, I was handled with care. I really felt comfortable in their hands. The doctor greeted me the same way. She listened with care. She gave me all the do’s and don’ts.
