Medpointe Urgent Care Rochester Hills

Unfortunately I didn't get good medical care here. I saw Dr.Huynh. I had a swollen jaw & throat. He did no testing but told me I had an infected tooth. He prescribed antibiotics & pain meds. Later I went to primary care doctor and he diagnosed me with swollen parotid gland. Dr. Huynh should have considered other possibilities. I cannot rate this visit highly.

I was seen at this urgent care and i had a delightful experience. I really recommend anyone to come here the medical assistant (Melissa) was very attentive and nice. The doctor was also very understanding and I received great medical care.

Your basic urgent care. Nothing out of the ordinary. Does not have capability to do xrays so go to a better urgent care if x-rays are needed or else it's kind've a waste of time to tell me something I already knew. You may not be able to if it's a true urgent matter but do your research there are better ones.

I can’t say enough about the care I received. My toothache started on Friday night and by Sunday I was in agony. They showed compassion but most importantly empathy for me. A room was ready by the time I finished my paperwork and I was examined. When I had finished they also used the Good Rx app, printed the paperwork and located a pharmacy that was open on Sunday evening. What they also prescribed was dead on and allowed me to enjoy the holiday with family. Their service went above and beyond all expectations. Christine and crew are outstanding. This is the first review that I’ve ever written and it is well deserved

Came in with flu symptoms and the treatment and care from the front desk as well as the PA were great. They were fast to get me in and out, but the level of care and attention was thorough. The PA, a younger gentlemen, had great bedside manners and took his time to walk me through everything and made sure I had all questions answered. I walked away feeling that I’d 100% come back if another matter that needed urgent care was to arise.
