MedPoint Urgent Care Main Street

Nice place, I work out of town and became sick a few days ago. If you complete the "save my place in line" when you walk in you complete the necessary paperwork and back you go. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very thorough with good bedside manner. They made sure that I would be feeling better after I left. I will certainly visit again if the need arises while I'm in town for work.

Had to go in on a Saturday for strep. My appt was at 3 and when I left it was 5. Yes it was 2 hours but it’s urgent care on a Saturday. Staff was friendly and nice. Tracie was my NP and she was so kind! Even gave me my first dose of antibiotics because she was afraid I wouldn’t make it to the pharmacy before they closed. Overall a great experience, I would go back!

This clinic has helped me twice over now, both times were due to neglect on another provider’s part. This matters because it’s proof this hard working medical team actually cares and listens because I ended up getting the care I needed (one of which was a week long hospital stay because Medpoint caught the issue). Thank you Medpoint Granger for being there for me!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Beacon Family Practice at this location, specifically with a representative named Cindy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional during our interaction. She canceled our appointments, claiming we had appointments back in October and again in January, which is inaccurate—we had just moved to the area. When I tried to calmly get clarification and correct the situation, she became nasty, would not allow me to fully explain, and ultimately hung up on me. This behavior was unacceptable and very frustrating, especially when dealing with healthcare scheduling. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of that.

Everyone was friendly & efficient at their jobs. Signing in online made my wait both times less than 10 minutes. The doctor was thorough & explained everything explicitly.
