Medplex Pharmacy

Our family has used Medplex Pharmacy since it opened in Lake Mary. We have consistently had a wonderful experience. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They take the time to answer questions thoroughly and make sure everything is clear and handled correctly. Calls are returned quickly, and prescriptions are processed efficiently. The free delivery service is a tremendous convenience. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines professionalism with such a personal touch. We highly recommend Medplex Pharmacy.

Very convenient and responsive pharmacy. I easily could call and speak to a pharmacy tech. Went in and picked up my medication so fast and efficiently. The staff is very patient and always courteous, greeting you with a smile. You can always count on them to have your prescriptions ready on time. They offer free delivery and send you reminders that the order is ready for pick up. Medplex does an amazing job at delivering great customer service.

I love this pharmacy. The customer service is excellent. They always have my medicine and they refill them automatically before I even remember I need the refill. It's very helpful. They really do care about their customers which you would never get at a big chain pharmacy. Whether I get my medicine delivered or I pick them up, they always take good care of me with a smile.

Their posted prices via insurance are very good but they often try to overcharge you if you are not careful. If they stop this practice I will update my review and increase my rating.
