MedOne Urgent Care at St. Augustine

By far the best urgent care place I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, Liz on reception was so helpful and then seeing the doctor, Stephanie, made the experience even better as she was so very patient and so very nice with us. I can highly recommend MedOne and wouldn’t choose any other urgent care in future!

I was going to use Medicare for the first time here. I'd had a bad experience with my employer's insurance and I was looking forward to using it. When I walked in, I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who wasn't really familiar with Medicare. I don't have a supplement plan, and she talked about billing the remainder to my home. That was upsetting for me because I'd already paid a huge upfront premium to Medicare, and had figured that the office visit would be something I could pay for when I was through with the visit. Correction: Original post Was a nearby phone store. After a long hot day prepping for a trip, crew member became ill. Uber arrives 15 min before this urgent care is supposed to close. Everyone has a life to get home to, so I had an expectation upon entering. Well I didn’t expect to meet Hailey at the front desk, she became our sunshine. As we were filling out paperwork, she asked about our trip and shared a story about relative who sails completely taking our minds off our day!!! She made our day and eased the nerves of a crew member how much is that worth? Can’t put a number on it! So glad that Hailey was there for us! I would hire her for my business any day! I took my friend here for an appt for she wanted to use her Medicare, front desk staff were ok at least friendly. My friend was treated horribly by this older gentleman that she was passed off to, don’t know his name or I sure would be happy to give it because he surely did not even introduce himself! No smile, no hi how are you, no my name is so and so and these are my credentials nothing but a cold stare and told my friend to tell him what’s “ going on “ and had the nerve to tell her to make it quick! She tried explaining and was cut off by him and was told I can’t help you! All she wanted was to be seen and to get a referral, which the website advertised they do! EDIT: They looked hi/low for a splint and found a magical one, it started off like gauze, ended up like cement!!! Staff was friendly. Hospital was clean. Wait time was reasonable. came in for fracture finger to get a splint.
