MedNow Urgent Care - Elberton, Georgia

From the moment I walked in, my experience was excellent. As a first-time patient, office manager Tammy Gary was extremely professional, welcoming, and very helpful, which made everything go smoothly. Once I was taken to the back, the staff there was just as great friendly, attentive, and caring. Dr. Grotz was absolutely the best knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to listen. Elberton needs more providers like this! I will definitely be back.

My son was recently sick and they got us back there with minimal wait time as a walk-in. Everyone we spoke to was kind and informative and we will definitely be going back when needed. They made me feel welcome and listened to all of my concerns and showed genuine care for him. Thank yall!

Staff was friendly,professional. I was checked in and seen quickly. Doctor was amazing, personable and right to the point. I appreciated the pleasant, no nonsense approach of getting down to business. I was in and out of there with my Rx in about 40 minutes. I hope I'll not need urgent care again for a long time, but if I do I'll come here. Breath of fresh air in today's messed up healthcare system.

The nurse practitioner is highly rude, not friendly nor informative. me and my immediate family members have been there several times trying to give her chance and chance. very unprofessional for your provider to raise their voice when they should be informative. the actual dr there though dr grotz is absolutely amazing. he’s very nice, friendly, informative, and caring. if you go and he’s there make sure to ask for him. i don’t plan on them getting anymore of my money unless it’s dr grotz.

I have visited this location before and was impressed as I was yesterday. The receptionist is extremely kind and caring. The talk could not have been nicer and spent a lot of time with me. The wait time in the lobby was very minimal. However, after reading another review with a similar experience, I felt like I needed to mention this as well. After the tech gathered all my information she said the doctor would be right in. The doctors station was right across from the room I was in. I could clearly hear the doctor having a social conversation with the other staff members. Speaking about her residency experience, her family's restaurant, and other such trivial things. The conversation went on and on and I sat there waiting behind to close door for almost 25 minutes. There were no other pati
