MedMerica Pharmacy of Middle River

One of the worst pharmacy you can go to. The door is always locked and they never answer their phone. There hours of operation is false. They close at 2pm sometimes the weekend schedule it's 12. They are very shady. I had a refill. I tried to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy so what they did was fill it they neve called me to tell me it was ready and charged my insurance even though I told them not to. When i called sje was rude. She said well the are ready and paid for i need tou toncone get them jus tnot today come tomorrow and hung up on me. Also when you finally get a hold of someone all they have is excuses. They have poor customer service and bad service all around. The best pharmacy ever… Ms. Angel is so helpful and understanding. She clearly explains everything. She wants nothing but the best for her customers. She has over 30+ years experience in her field and it shows.

I called because I was told they wanted and need new buissness im on multiple meds about 15 im diabetic on psych meds and pain meds I have severe nerve damage in my legs and it's excruciating.I called them to find out if they would take me.I started going down my list of meds and as soon as I got to my pain meds she asked what they were and I told her what to meds I was on and she got extremely rude and said I can't help you with those meds and basically hung up in my ear.Stay away they are the rudest people I ever met she has never met me no reason for the nasty tone and attitude.You could not pay me to deal with that

I started going to MedMerica pharmacy this past January 2022 at the Middle River Location and my experience here has been GREAT!!!!! The female pharmacist is very educational and has great customer service(which you don’t see enough of these days) and will answer my questions and helps educate me on my medications I take. I am BLESSED to have walked in this pharmacy and meet such a Wonderful Women and I must add in how kind she is towards my granddaughter and a couple of my children that she has met. Actually my children have switched to this pharmacy too because of her and unlike these big pharmacies you get treated like an individual not just a number! Thank you for your great services and warm welcoming each time I come in

The pharmacist is the most unprofessional nasty person to try to deal with!! I can't tell u in the few min phone convo how many times she told me she "didn't have time for this"! They def will never get business from me or family and friends I'll make sure of that! She clearly doesn't have patience or understanding to be in this sort of business..
