Medmart Pharmacy

I ALWAYS have had a pleasant experience here until Friday. I had called on my break for work since I work the same hours they are open and I was placed on hold for 14 minutes so I had to hang up the call and call back on my next break. The same young girl who answered the first time answered me again I said “sorry I had to hang up because I was on hold for 14 minutes and I’m working” and she said she had my medicine ready, I asked if it could be delivered… she placed me on hold again. Then an older lady gets on the phone and said “the reason you got put on hold for so long is because we were looking up your insurance and you hung up” which was never said to me. She never said I have to look up your insurance or she would send the medication. They just kept me on hold for 14 minutes by sayi

They were very quick.....I picked up my friends prescription and when i walked in the lady was quiet. But the store looked nice! They had a bunch of small candles and other like homemade things. i never go there anymore since i moved. But i have too say if you need medicine tho go too Rite Aid or Walgreens. they have a bigger selection!👍

Very nice pharmacy and technicians! Always have the exact medication you need if you are a regular. The techs treat all customers like family!!! 110% recommend...
