NP Bleshoy is very kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed to the practice, she’s an amazing Provider! The staff were very nice and treated me well, particularly Mrs. Rosa who drew my blood. She was very patient and took great care of me.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Cudos to them. The jury is still out on the Dr B. It was my first visit today. I couldn’t get my concerns addressed on this “20 minute” initial appointment. I was told to make another appointment bc she didn’t have time in that visit. I didn’t leave with a warm fuzzy feeling this visit.

It was by far, the best Dr office visit that I've EVER been too. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. They made me feel like I was part of their family. Will NEVER go to another dr office again. Thank you guys and women for making me feel comfortable. Hope to see you all again really soon.

Pharmacy drop off/pick up staff are very unprofessional. I was advised a prescription would take 30 minutes until complete. Left, had lunch, arrived 2.5 hours later. Went to pick up the prescription, arriving to staff greeting me with “I thought you were coming tomorrow, what’s the name again?” The prescription was in fact not ready, and I had to wait 30 minutes until complete. I asked the staff how long they estimated it would take, and she rolled her eyes and said “I told you they were working on it” As a healthcare administrator, with 15+ years experience, I felt it necessary to let you all know the customer service I experienced today. Completely unprofessional.

I went in yesterday to have my physical and I was very impressed! I've been going to medlink for quite a while. But Dr Nicole Powell touched every single base that needed to be done at a physical. And the phlebotomist that took my blood? Fantastic she hit that spot perfectly the first time and I could barely feel it. Didn't hurt that it was Halloween and everybody was dressed up. It was a lot of fun
