The nurse practitioner was excellent with our granddaughter and took the time to discuss her symptoms and explain the treatment plan. The office was very efficient and convenient when having to check out a student from school and be seen by a provider nearby. I would highly recommend using this location as a resource for students in OC.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They've had lots of patients come in the same congestion and allergy issues. They talked about how happy they were to be able to fill this need in the community and I truly believe that. The location, convenience, and availability was ideal for me. I just walked out of my classroom and up the walk way.
We didn’t have to wait long, Audra took her time with us and asked questions and answered questions and explained everything. And she was very caring and cheerful! It was a perfect visit!
Made an appointment and was called back on time!!! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, wore smiles!! Truly “CLICKED” with Audra Tuberville! This will be my primary place for medical care!!
